     BIO:   



    After graduating from Pitzer College in 1991, Mason Huffine began his building career in the Seattle area, eventually specializing in sustainable construction. He was elected one of the first presidents of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild, serving two terms. In the mid-1990s, Mason founded his own construction company, and in 2006, he established The Green Builder Inc.



    Mason has led major building projects not only throughout the Pacific Northwest but also internationally, including in Germany, Guatemala, and off-grid solar initiatives in East and Southern Africa. His specialties include complex remodels, house lifts, second-story additions, and Net Zero new construction with a focus on high-efficiency design.



    The Green Builder Inc. is known for its practical, high-impact approach to eco-conscious building. Mason and his team collaborate closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and engineers in a hands-on, creative, and enjoyable work environment. From Craftsman restorations to Northwest Modern designs, the company is committed to high-quality, durable construction that respects the environment and enhances the community.
